El teatre "Lyric" s'erigeix sobre un terreny ple de restriccions. Per resoldre aquesta limitació, s'ha optat per edificar tres blocs independents a diferent alçada per resoldre el desnivell que presenta el terreny. Una façana revestida de maó complementa l'interior de l'auditori, revestit de fusta "iroko"
